Public bug reported:

`default` attribute was added in february, it's an abuse of the web
client's implementation details and was never officially specified or
supported (and never managed by the GTK client).

Its usage has been removed from the server (revision-id:
xmo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20101208103648-3qca263rux8g0030), addons (revision-id:
xmo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20101208102305-yd96zmg10exredgq) and addons extra
(revision-id: xmo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20101208110038-cs9u7mt66kqopj6k) on
2010-12-08.

This bug should be resolved around 2010-12-15 to let the above fixes
time to propagate and avoid breaking branches. A patch is provided to do
that.
