[Bug 687274] [NEW] Whitespace in server name or port prevents connection
Public bug reported:
The "Server" dialog accessible from the Login dialog of the GTK client
has an entry for the server name, e.g. localhost. If the user enters
leading or trailing whitespace (e.g. 'localhost '), login will not work.
Leading/trailing whitespace should ignored in the server field - the
same applies to the port number.
bzr revno of the gtk client is 1673
