Public bug reported:

When creating a new DB from GTK, no default language is proposed as in
V5 (English).

So currently, you can start the DB creation process without mentioning
any language but it fails quickly because server says  language = null.

Could we envisage to put this field "language" to be defaulted (en_us,
was used in v5 I think) or to become mandatory field ?
