Here is a patch for the partially non-translated field labels in custom filters (properly passing context when calling fields_get).
The patch also fixes another one in diagram views.

The resolution of this bug still requires more work to make the UI
labels ('Save as a Shortcut', etc.) translatable.

  filters labels and field names are always in English, endependent of the language setting of the user. (may be a server issue)
