  Hide "Layout Type" in a line to nvoice

Bug description:
  in module sale_layout and account_invoice layout, trunk

If you install these module, a "Layout Type" field appears in the form view of lines to invoice (from Sales/Invoicing/Lines to Invoice). This field must be hide.
