  Impossible to encode timesheet lines

Status in OpenObject Web Client:

Bug description:
  * From the web client, open the timesheet lines list view (from a Timesheet, click on "Timesheet lines" wizard)
* Click on "New" and encode mandatory information
* Save it

=> the system ask for an analytic account and an analytic journal for the current employee even if data are already provided
