[Bug 690187] [NEW] [6.Trunk] res.company: field "partner_id" can't be modified

Public bug reported:

Hello,

I have put in the server branch as res.company is part of base module.

When accessing to the res.company form, the field partner is grey so you
cannot enter any value in that field. According to my knowledge, this is
the only place where you can link a company to a partner.

Note I tried to change the field properties using the Web client "Manage
view" that allows to modify the screens but when I edit the view
res.company.form the screen remains empty (while it works on other
views, ie res.company.form.inherit). As screen edition issue is linked
to web client, should I open a second bug on this particular issue in
the client-web branch ?

Regards,

Bernard
