Public bug reported:

1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed-
 
- Create a Contact Title
- Create a partner contact using this title
- Delete this title

2) The result you observed

Nothing is said: the title is deleted and the contact appears to have no
title, but the relation stay in the database. This cause bugs, for
example, in some reports where OpenERP can't find the title
corresponding to the contact.

3) The result you expected

A message would appear to forbid to delete the title, or the contacts
using this title would be updated to break the relation.

4) The platform you are using

OpenERP Client Windows
OpenERP Server Linux

5) The OpenERP version you are using

V6.0 RC1
