[Bug 697499] [NEW] [sale][trunk] Record always opens modified dialog when scrolling in form view

Public bug reported:

Standard install - latest revisions with sale module installed.

To replicate
Set language as English UK.
Create 2 sales orders - each with one line. Save them, and then attempt to scroll between records using previous/next buttons in GTK. It pops up a dialog box saying record has been modified and asking to save/no/cancel, even when clearly no modification has taken place.

I have a suspicion that this is date related - I use English UK for my
settings. When I scroll orders on 5/1 change to 1/5 and it moves the
order date to May (today, yesterday it was April). Of course this could
be 2 seperate bugs, but for now seeing it is the only thing that changes
when I scroll I'll leave them together.

To test further I changed language settings to default English and the
behaviour did not occur. Scrolling worked as you would expect.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
