Title:
  [trunk][base_report_designer] OpenOffice plugin can't modify report with utf-8 chars

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:

Bug description:
  1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
- install OpenOffice plugin;
- restart OpenOffice;
- go to 'OpenERP Report Designer' -> 'Modify Existing Report' -> 'Invoice - Invoices' -> 'Open Report';
- change 'Price' to russian analog 'Сумма';
- go to 'OpenERP Report Designer' -> 'Send to the server' and send modified report;
- close OpenOffice;
- open OpenOffice;
- go to 'OpenERP Report Designer' -> 'Modify Existing Report' -> 'Invoice - Invoices';
- press the button 'Open Report'

If you try to use this report then it work.

Nothing happened !

Downloaded report, ready to editing.
