Title:
v6rc2 - calendar widget en_gb misbehaves
Status in OpenObject GTK Client:
Fix Released
Bug description:
This was working well in RC1 and its broken in RC2 - windows client downloaded from openerp.
My client locale and setting is EN_GB and so is the server locale.
The calendar fields and calendar widgets most of the time switch from UK to US format and viceversa.
When I use any wizards with calendar fields to create a new report for example and filter by date, the default today's date will be shown dd/mm/yyyy (05/01/2011) when I click on generate report, the report will be based on the US date format - mm/dd/yyyy, so my report is blank as it queries a date in the future with no entries yet.
If I then try with the same date (05/01/2011) to click on the calendar widget, it will show the date as 5th of May. If then I change the date by selecting the correct one from the widget, then it will work properly.
The same randomness applies to the other views and screens - for example, if I manually change the date in the attendance views etc.
