If the bug is valid changes should be done in openobject-server/bin/addons/base/res/partner/partner_view.xml.
I moved it to Framework team and let them decide.

  As a matter of consistency,the menu Accounting/Suppliers/Suppliers should use a restricted domain like Accounting/Customers/customers.
