Hello Harmel,

Currently what happens is there is a group "Useability / Analytic
Accounting" on Analytic Account field. So if Your user has that group,
only then user can see Analytic Account field. You can also see Analytic
Account field in search view as there is select="1" on that field. So i
have also put group on that field.

Its fixed in https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/pso-dev-addons3.

  Missing "Analytic Account" column in view "Timesheet by Account"

Bug description:
  Install module hr_timesheet_sheet (with demo data). 

* Open "My Timesheet" form view
* Click on right side bar on "Timesheet by account"

=> the list view does not provide a column with the analytic account name
