Please, Mr. MacMillan, try to locate and report to us the python backtrace of 
the server (or the client, is it?) that lead to that "object is 
unsubscriptable" line.

The backtrace will help us directly locate the line of code the trouble occurs 
at, and, hopefully the cause.

I am testing a basic email send with email_template however I get the error message - 'bool' object is unsubscriptable.

The test connection works fine.
