This issue seems come from the web client that doesn't send the
'account_id' field at the method 'create' !

Web browsers : chromimum-browser (8.0.552.224 (68599) Ubuntu 10.04), firefox (3.6.13)
Plateform : Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Reproducing the bug :
- install a new db
- configure it with French Language and French accounting
- add account module (have also add Reporting Module, don't know if it's important to know this)
- go to Accounting > Bank and Cash > Cash Registers
- create a new Cashbox
- Save and Edit
- open the cashbox
- add a new statement line in the Cash Transaction Tab
- click on the floppy icon to save the line
- a warning message appears (in french on my screen) :

L'opération n'a pas pu être terminée, probablement à la suite d'une : - suppression : vous avez essayer de supprimer un enregistrement auquel d'autres enregistrements font référence - création/modification : un champ requis n'a pas été correctement rempli [objet ayant pour référence : account_id - account.id]
"""

It also doesn't work with Bank. And also with the "Save and Edit" button on each view ('Bank' and 'Cash Registers').
