[Bug 704822] [NEW] [trunk] Drop or save a non existing database

To reproduce it :

Go to Database -> Drop or Save. If you haven't database, you could also
click on 'Drop' or 'Save' button. But this click raise an Python error.

It's not a big issue, but I think it's very simple to correct it (add a
message that say that the user should choose a database befor clicking
on the button).
