But not able to reproduced it.

Title:
  Product duplication - Duplicate found in BOM -> Bug

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Starting point:
  - 3 products: A, B & C
  - 1 BOM: (product A is the result of B & C)
                   A
                      B
                      C

  I would like to make a new product D, based on B. My actions are as followed:
  1) Open the product form of B
  2) Duplicate the product (by pressing Ctrl+Shift+D) and change the name and reference

  Result:

  My BOM is as followed:
                   A
                      B
                      C
                      D

  
  My expextation was that the BOM remained the same and that I had created a product D, which wasn't assigned to a BOM.

  Platform: VMWare + Linux
  OpenERP - GTK Client - v6.0.0-rc2
