Public bug reported:

This is a bug when the account is created. This bug is only if the
Spanish account chart module (l10n_chart_ES) is installed.

The cause of this bug is the two default properties
(property_account_receivable and property_account_payable) that install
this module.

The attached file solve this bug, The patch don't affect other
countries. Only add the field 'name' in the ir.property search to avoid
find the default properties.
