Title:
  OSV Memory wizard fields are not encoded in UTF-8 by default

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In order to properly pass the data from in OSV memory wizard fields,
  which has characters beyond ASCII, you have to explicitly encode data
  into UTF-8. Which is not the case with ordinary OpenERP's form fields.
