Public bug reported:

The are 2 stages configuration menu entries in Sales->Configuration
Lead & Opportunities : only list stages of type "lead"
Opportunities : only list stages of type "opportunities"

This is confusing. Why stages under "Lead & Opportunities" do not also
list opportunities' stages and we need a separate entry for
opportunities ?
