I have tested your scenario with the latest trunk at my end.
But all are working fine and I am not able to reproduce it.

So would you please elaborate with more information and provide the
screen-shots where you faced the problem.

  Accounting: Duplication of tax in invoices

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When taxes are selected in purchase or sales order lines and when the
  invoice is paid, it shows double tax amount. For example goods: 2 pcs
  @ Rs. 500; Tax: VAT @ 12.5%(not included in price), then when my
  payment is done the journal entry shows that my invoice amount is Rs.
  1250  (1000+125+125)
