Public bug reported:

When taxes are selected in purchase or sales order lines and when the
invoice is paid, it shows double tax amount. For example goods: 2 pcs @
Rs. 500; Tax: VAT @ 12.5%(not included in price), then when my payment
is done the journal entry shows that my invoice amount is Rs. 1250
(1000+125+125)
