To recreate.
Setup a new internal type location and add some inventory. (Test 01-02A) Added 40 of a single product to it.
Validated inventory was added by reviewing the Location Inventory Overview Report.
Go to product list view.
Click on extended filters.
Enter the name of the Stock Location "Test 01-02A".
Press the Find button.

Result:
Nothing happens to the list.

Expected result:
The system filters the list and only show the product with inventory in that specific location.

Note: All other inventory in the system is shown in the parent "Stock"
Location.

Conclusion: Extended Filters are not working.

NOTE: This is also probably related to the issue when you have the
Stocks by Location Form view open and click on the Products by Location
action. No filtering is being done then either.
