Hello Francois,

I have checked your issue at my end.

You have to define a position "Human Resources/Recruitment/Job Positions" in this menu.
I have installed only the "hr_expanse" module not of the "hr_recruitment"

And one thing is the "Job Position" is not a basic functionality so we
can not set this menu in to configuration.

I have attached a screen-shots for your reference, So please check it.

  [PS] Human Resources : Employee form view : job position

  I've installed Human Ressources WITH "expenses" but WITHOUT
  "recruitement".

  1) On the employee form view, I've a m2n "position" in order to
  associate a job position to the employee. Unfortunately, I cannot find
  these positions in HR configuration. So I've to define all of them
  from the employee form view !

  2) If I install recruitement, then the positions are available under
  this menu.

  Solution => job positions should always be available under Human
  Resources / Configuration OR under Human Resources / Employees
