I've installed Human Ressources WITH "expenses" but WITHOUT
"recruitement".

1) On the employee form view, I've a m2n "position" in order to
associate a job position to the employee. Unfortunately, I cannot find
these positions in HR configuration. So I've to define all of them from
the employee form view !

2) If I install recruitement, then the positions are available under
this menu.

Solution => job positions should always be available under Human
Resources / Configuration OR under Human Resources / Employees
