Title:
  Cannot save supplier; receive "Invalid form, correct red fields"

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  New

Bug description:
  When I try to save a supplier, I receive "Invalid form, correct red
  fields."  There are no red fields.  I've tried completing all fields
  and still cannot save a supplier.  This is in a brand new instance
  being used for testing/evaluation of OpenERP.  I am using the OpenERP-
  hosted version of the software.
