Public bug reported:

When I try to save a supplier, I receive "Invalid form, correct red
fields."  There are no red fields.  I've tried completing all fields and
still cannot save a supplier.  This is in a brand new instance being
used for testing/evaluation of OpenERP.  I am using the OpenERP-hosted
version of the software.
