Hello Harmel Delphine,

If i do not misunderstand you then currently there are two fields on
tree view of  "Leaves summary" report.

1. Request type => Leave request and Allocation Request
2. Leave type => Casual leave, sick leave, etc...

So According to me it is with proper lable.

I am closing the bug if you have something else you can reopen it.
