Public bug reported:

If you try to install c2c_multicost_project_timesheet you get error
messages. The c2c_multicost_project_timesheet contains a lot of bugs. We
proposed a solution in the attached patch. Unfortunately we also had to
make changes in addons/project_timesheet/project_timesheet.py.
