Hum you are totally right. Anyway I didn't installed any addons-extra
modules. I don't have the Customer/Suppliers button in the suppliers
tree view, so I guess some module diasbled them. I take a look and keep
you informed.

Title:
  The Purchase->Suppliers menus show all partners, not only suppliers

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Everything is in the title. When you go to Sale->Customers, only
  Customers are showed by default (but you can change this with the
  search view). However, for the Purchase->Suppliers menus, it's not the
  case : all partners are showed.

  How to fix :

  Add a search view in the suppliers list view with "Supplier" filter
  checked by default.
