Everything is in the title. When you go to Sale->Customers, only
Customers are showed by default (but you can change this with the search
view). However, for the Purchase->Suppliers menus, it's not the case :
all partners are showed.

How to fix :

Add a search view in the suppliers list view with "Supplier" filter
checked by default.
