  missing access rights for the group employee

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The group employee is allowed to read account.fiscal.position.account, account.fiscal.position and account.fiscal.position.tax. 
  The right to read the object account.fiscalyear is missing.
