I have fixed the problem in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-bug-706287-ara branch as per Bogdan Stanciu suggestion. It will be merge soon with trunk addons.

  6.0.1 account - legal reports - 'Display accounts' dropdown

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The  'Display accounts' dropdown from the Trial Balance report doesnt
  work properly. Probably for balance sheet and p&l is the same.

  If you select the 'With movements' or 'With balance is not equal to 0'
  it will still display almost all acounts (not all though - I had a
  report which excluded an account with movements for some reason. the
  balances on that account are dr 20, cr 0.1)

  Very weird
