Public bug reported:

The  'Display accounts' dropdown from the Trial Balance report doesnt
work properly. Probably for balance sheet and p&l is the same.

If you select the 'With movements' or 'With balance is not equal to 0'
it will still display almost all acounts (not all though - I had a
report which excluded an account with movements for some reason. the
balances on that account are dr 20, cr 0.1)

Very weird
