Title:
  (base_contact) Sales User cannot enter "Functions and Addresses" lines

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  A user who in the 'Sales/User' group cannot add Address&Function
  details in Address Book/Contacts . The Lastname, Name, GSM, Email and
  Web site fields are editable but Function & Address lines are not.
  When you hit 'New' a non-editable menu comes up.

  This menu is supposed to be accessible by users of Sales/User.
