[Bug 736891] [NEW] set proper content-type of payload when sending

payload/attachements are always added as "Content-Type: application/octet-stream". This prevents recognition of the proper file type in some (all?) mail clients.
powermail should set the content-type dependent on the type of attachement/payload.
