Public bug reported:

When we create a product in OpenERP and export it to Magento customers
can see the product but cannot purchase it. This is because there is a
"use config setting" box that is not checked but should be by default.
By default it does not have this box checked or option to set in erp.
What it does do is go by minimum allowed in cart and maximum allowed in
cart which is also 0 because there is no way to set this without
exporting product and then going to magento to configure.  This should
be a standard feature in erp.
