Public bug reported:

I am using the choice "Invoice from the Picking" during partial
delivery, and no invoices are being automatically created.  The
documentation for this choice says: "used to create an invoice during
the picking process"

As well, in the on-screen Tips in the Invoice window, this is written:

"OpenERP can also generate draft invoices automatically from sales
orders or deliveries."

Does this apply to partial deliveries, or is this a bug?  How do I
create an invoice automatically from the delivery?
