Public bug reported:

If you try to print for example the report today, it is not possible to
get open (unreconcile) invoices on the 31/12/2010.

If "include reconcile entries" is unticked, the report will exclude
entries reconciled after the 31/12/2010 which means that today the
report is almost empty because open invoices on the 31/12/2010 are
almost all paid. And if you compare with the partner balance, of course
it does not match.

This is a legal document, it must work.
