Hello,

I have tested again with the all in one exe 6.0.2 but did not meet with
the traceback. So I have attached the video for your reference, Please
refer it and correct me if i did follow any wrong steps while performing
test case.

For now I am closing this bug, you can reopen it later with the more
precise steps for reproducing it.

Title:
  Helpdesk module crash

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I am testing HelpDesk Module, And at the first time the form crash.

  Step 1: I created a new database with demonstration data option
  activated, default language Spanish (NI), extended interface. I only
  installed the CRM module, with only assitance/help characteristic.  I
  did click on helpdesk and support option. Then, List view appear.
  After that I double clicked on last record, form view appear, later on
  I clicked on open button, resulting the crash window.

  Step 2: Result that I got, it was a crash windows with two tabs, the
  second tab show me next message:

  Step 3: Result I expected is the open function over the record.
  Step 4: I am using a computer with Windows XP SP3.  I am not working in client-server mode, I am in stand alone mode.
  Step 5: I am using OpenERP 6, GTK version 6.0.1.

  I don't now how to execute bazaar in order to take the exact version
  and revision. I repeated three times the process (creating a second
  and a third database with the options I explained before) and the
  result is the same.
