hello dha, 
       We have tested the issue, and fixed it. we can not remove one of the menu but yes we can make menu behave same so i have fixed it to lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-bug-751507-jam and poposed for merging in lp:openobject-addons.

Title:
  [PS] Redundancy when installing both the project_timesheet and
  analytic_account_analysis

Bug description:
  trunk, revno 3377

  Install both the project_timesheet and analytic_account_analysis.

  Obtained result : project_timesheet installs a invoicing menu in the
  project part to enable to reinvoice analytic entries and the
  analytic_account_analysis installs a billing menu in the project part
  to enable to check uninvoiced lines. Moreover the second menu doesn't
  list all uninvoiced analytic entries as displayed via the Invoicing
  menu

  Expected result : one menu which lists all analytic entries to be
  reinvoiced with eventually filtering option by analytic account
