Install both the project_timesheet and analytic_account_analysis.

Obtained result : project_timesheet installs a invoicing menu in the
project part to enable to reinvoice analytic entries and the
analytic_account_analysis installs a billing menu in the project part to
enable to check uninvoiced lines. Moreover the second menu doesn't list
all uninvoiced analytic entries as displayed via the Invoicing menu

Expected result : one menu which lists all analytic entries to be
reinvoiced with eventually filtering option by analytic account
