[Bug 767238] [NEW] [PS] Wrong allocation request created when allocating holidays per category of employee

Public bug reported:

trunk, revno 3378

Using demonstration data and having two employee's categories : Employee
and Consultant (consultant having employee as parent category). The
employee "Fabien" is part of the "Employee" category while "Quentin" is
part of the "Consultant" category. Logged as Administrator :

* Human Resources / Leaves / Allocation Requests, allocate a "Legal
leave" of 20 days for the category "Employee"

Obtained result : one allocation request for the Administrator employee
and another one for "Fabien"

Expected result : one allocation request for "Quentin" and another one
for "Fabien".

/!\ It seems that the allocation is correct (see leaves summary) but the
list view indicate the "Administrator" employee insted of "Quentin"
