Public bug reported:

In Accounting / Periodical processing / manual entries, you can see all
move_lines without rec_id. This menu is very important but almost
impossible to use because of a very small problem: there is no way to
sort from this list partialy reconciled transactions and unreconciled
transactions.

Simple solution : Please add a column "partial reconcile" in this view.
