I comeback with new info, the behavior above is for the 6.0.1 version.

In the 6.0.2 version the window still has the controls described in the
bug body and in the first picture attached.

Title:
  Production order infinite loop. When a production order needs
  confirmation, the window contains controls like save, edit, cancel.

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  open a production order in state - in production.
  press "produce"

  after produce is pressed the window gets additional buttons, and if
  pressed any of them does not close the window, but adds, edits and
  mess the records.
