As we are working on the improvements in Payroll module with Project branch and it will be merge in trunk addons soon.
And we have removed the object (hr_allounce_deduction_category) from payroll.

  In coding, there is a typo in class hr_allounce_deduction_category. It
  should be hr_allowance_deduction_category.
