I dont agree, the framework notifies the user with  *ValidateError*
which means the server didn't received what it expected for the
reference field.

what do you expect from the framework for reference fields. ?

  When type is "Many2One", and I assign a resource, and I save it, but later I remove these resource (value of many2one), and I save it.

  2)
  Return a message:
  "Invalid value for reference field "res_id" (last part must be a non-zero integer): "res.partner,0"
