According to the documentation (and the field's HELP). If you leave the
field BLANK this parameter will apply for all the resources (for example
for all partners that you create).

How can we leave the field blank if the system sends me an error? This
was working ok in version 5.

Bug description:
  1)
  Menu "Administration/Configuration/Parameters/Configuration Parameters"
  When type is "Many2One", and I assign a resource, and I save it, but later I remove these resource (value of many2one), and I save it.
