What kind of information I could supply, that helps to find the difference: why it is working on your system, but not on mine?
Is there perhaps somewhere a logfile?

I run the web-client with Firefox on Vista, for the server I can give
the information later.

  The Purchase dashboard is not displaying two existing requests for
  quotation.

  The purchase dashboard in the GTK-client shows these two requests, so
  does not look like a database problem.
