Hello Daniel,

I have verified the specified problem in the latest stable but unfortunately I am  able to see list of all user.
[ not only administrator but also demo user as well ]

For your better understanding I have attached a video to clear your

  assigning a product manager: incomplete user list

Bug description:
  OpenERP Web
  Version 6.0.1

  Steps to reproduce:
  Open a new product form.
  Open the form for product manager: only the administrator (logged in) is available, not the also existing demo user.

  Cross check with the GTK-client:
  All users are available, demo can be choosen.

  The attached PDF-File shows the screenshots to reproduce the error.
